Who we are
Beautiful Cleaning is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our contact details:
- Phone

Quote requests
When you request a quote, we collect the information you enter:
- your name, phone number and/or email address
- the services you select and any custom service you describe
- property type, location, approximate size, and preferred date and time
- your project description and any additional requirements
- your agreement to be contacted, with the time you gave it
- photos you choose to upload (up to 8)
We use this information to review your request, contact you and prepare a personal quotation. It is stored in our database. Uploaded photos are kept in private storage that the public cannot access; authorised staff view them through short-lived links in our admin area.
Support requests
When you contact support, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the category, subject and message, and your acknowledgement of this policy. We create a reference number and record the request's status. We use this to answer and resolve your request.
Tracking a request
On the tracking page you can enter your reference number together with the email address or phone number used in the request. If they match, we show limited status information: the request type, reference, status and date, plus the subject (support) or selected services and preferred date (quotes). Contact details, descriptions, messages and photos are never shown there.
To protect against guessing, we count lookup attempts using one-way (hashed) values rather than your actual details, and delete these counters within a day. After a successful lookup, your browser receives a temporary code (valid for 30 minutes) so the status can refresh without re-entering details.
Website assistant (chat)
The website assistant uses Google Gemini, an external AI service, to answer questions about our services and website. For each message, our server sends Google: your message, up to six earlier messages from the same conversation, your chosen language, and public information from this website as background. We do not send your name, contact details or IP address, and the request comes from our server, not your browser.
The assistant answers only from public website information. It has no access to quote requests, attached photos, support requests, our admin area or any customer record, and it cannot see, change or confirm your requests.
AI answers can be inaccurate or incomplete and are not binding. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential personal information (for example health, financial or identity details) in the chat. You can always reach us without AI: request a quote, use the contact page or support form, or call or message us on WhatsApp.
We do not store chat conversations in our database. The conversation is kept only in your browser for the current tab and is cleared when you close the tab or choose “Start over”. To prevent abuse, we count requests using a one-way (hashed) value derived from your IP address, and delete these counters within a day. Google's handling of the messages it receives is described below.
How Google may use this content depends on the Gemini API service type that applies to our account. Google's terms state that content sent to its unpaid services may be used to provide, improve and develop Google products, and may be read by human reviewers. For paid services, and in some cases for accounts based in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, Google states that it does not use prompts or responses to improve its products and keeps them only for a limited period to detect misuse.
Automatic translation of website content
Our authorised staff may send website content they write (such as articles, project descriptions, service texts, FAQs and image descriptions) to Google Gemini to create Latvian, English and Russian versions, which staff review before publishing. This is business content intended for publication. Quote requests, attachments, support requests and other customer information are never sent for translation. Google's terms described in the previous section apply to this content as well.
Service providers we use
- Supabase — database, private file storage and the server functions that receive forms, tracking lookups and chat messages.
- Vercel — hosting of this website. Like any web host, it processes technical request information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
- Google (Gemini API) — generates website assistant replies and translations of our website content, as described above.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to message us via a WhatsApp link. Your conversation then takes place in WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. Information about where each provider processes data is available in its policy, or from us on request.
How long we keep information
We keep request information only for as long as it is needed to handle your request and any work that follows from it, and to meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it, including attached photos.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your rights” below).
Your rights
Under data-protection law you can ask us to:
- give you access to the personal information we hold about you
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- delete your information
- restrict or object to certain processing
- provide your information in a portable format, where applicable
- withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting earlier processing
To make a request, contact us using the details in “Who we are” or through our contact page, and mention your request reference if you have one. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
You also have the right to complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija) or another competent supervisory authority.
Security
Requests are sent over encrypted connections. Only signed-in, authorised staff can view requests and photos, and access rules in our database prevent the public website from reading them.
Children
Our services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
